Anxiety Support and Hypnotherapy & Menstrual Cycle Awareness and Healing

Georgina:

Hi everyone,

I’m Georgina, and I’m really excited to be joining Hackney Healing Space as their Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, low confidence and self-esteem, using a blend of hypnotherapy, CBT and mindfulness-based approaches. My style is warm, collaborative and down-to-earth. I’m passionate about creating a space where people can feel genuinely comfortable being themselves, without judgement or pressure.

A lot of the people I work with are used to appearing like they’re coping on the outside whilst internally feeling anxious, burnt out, stuck or overwhelmed. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, better understand those patterns and begin making meaningful changes in a way that feels supportive and manageable.

Alongside private therapy, I also work in workplace mental wellbeing and Mental Health First Aid training, as well as delivering workshops on relaxation, stress management and sleep, so supporting mental health in a practical, compassionate and accessible way is something that sits at the heart of what I do.

I’ll be offering sessions both at Hackney Healing Space and online, and I’m really looking forward to meeting more of the community over the coming months.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and excited to get everything up and running.

Best, Georgina.

Letticia:

Many people arrive at therapy feeling disconnected from their bodies and menstrual cycles, carrying shame around menstruation, hormones, emotion, or desire. My menstruality psychotherapy work offers a space to explore these experiences with curiosity, care, and depth.

Menstruality psychotherapy recognises the menstrual cycle as more than a biological event; it can also be a source of insight, creativity, emotional truth, and embodied knowledge. Together, we may explore how your cycle relates to mood, relationships, identity, work, burnout, sexuality, grief, or life transitions. This work is not about “fixing” your cycle or achieving perfect balance. It is about listening differently to yourself. I support clients in developing a more compassionate and meaningful relationship with their inner rhythms.

You do not need to track your cycle, or have regular periods to engage in this work. Menstruality psychotherapy welcomes anyone curious about the relationship between psyche, body, and cyclical experience.

If this resonates with you, I’d be happy to explore together whether working together feels supportive in an initial consultation. Please contact me at: Letticia.therapy@gmail.com
