TARA RIVERO ZEA

Tara Rivero Zea is an experienced acupuncturist who is passionate about women’s health. Her practice specializes in fertility, pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal care.

She began her training in Acupuncture in 2007 and then went on to train in Tui Na which is a Chinese Massage technique. Today Tara often combines acupuncture and massage together to get the best results in treatments.

Her love for all things related to pregnancy, birth and children led her to train as a doula and she completed her training with Nurturing Birth in May 2013.

Tara is also the mother of four young children and used acupuncture throughout her own pregnancies and deliveries. She became interested in treating children with Chinese Medicine whilst nursing her own through a variety of childhood ailments.

Tara then trained with Placenta Remedies Network to become a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist. After her third and fourth baby she encapsulated her own placenta, and after feeling the benefits first hand she now offers this service across North and East London and Essex Borders.
