In this weekly hour long class you will learn many techniques, learn a routine, get some great exercise and have fun at the same time in a non judgemental and supportive women only space. Belly dancing is great for core strength, menstrual pain and cramping, endometriosis and general all round fitness. It also helps you get back in touch with and reclaim your feminine power. These classes are suitable for women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities. Its fantastic exercise and so much fun, a safe women only space. Meet Linda
As a child, life unfolded like an adventure as Linda journeyed through lands like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Gaza, and Germany. With each step, she absorbed the rhythms of traditional dances, letting them shape her very being. East London eventually became her anchor, where she refined her skills in contemporary and street dance at Pineapple Studios and the World Irish Dance Association.
Yet, it was the allure of belly dance that truly ignited Linda’s spirit. Guided by the skilled hands of London’s own Michaela Sandor, Linda immersed herself in the world of classical Egyptian belly dance. But her thirst for expression knew no bounds— she explored flamenco’s fiery passion, Eastern European and Irish folk’s earthy tales, the intricate beauty of Indian Katak dance, the vibrant universe of Bollywood, and the enigmatic allure of Russian gypsy dance.
